Steel-lined HDPE elbow

The steel-lined HDPE elbow can be regarded as a "composite pipe fitting with an outer rigid structure and an inner flexible layer". It combines the pressure-bearing capacity of the outer steel pipe with the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the inner HDPE (high-density polyethylene), and is widely used in industrial pipelines.

Steel-Lined Rubber Elbows

Rubber-lined elbows are designed to change flow direction, typically available in 45℃, 60℃, and 90℃ angles. The elastic rubber lining absorbs impact from solid particles, significantly reducing erosion at direction-change points where wear is usually most severe.

Steel-Lined Rubber Tees

Tees allow fluid distribution or merging of flow. The internal rubber lining ensures uniform corrosion and abrasion resistance at branch intersections, which are subject to turbulent flow.

Reducers connect pipes of different diameters while maintaining a smooth internal transition. Both concentric and eccentric designs are available to suit horizontal or vertical installations.

Steel-Lined Rubber Flanges

Rubber-lined flanges are used to connect pipes, fittings, valves, and equipment. The lining is typically extended to the flange face, improving sealing performance and preventing medium contact with steel surfaces.

High wear resistance: The wear resistance of the inner lining made of HDPE is 4 to 7 times higher than that of ordinary steel pipes. It is particularly suitable for transporting media containing solid particles such as tailings and mineral slurries.
Good corrosion resistance: HDPE has stable chemical properties and can effectively resist corrosion from various chemical media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
Low transportation resistance: The inner wall of HDPE is extremely smooth, with a low friction coefficient and is not prone to scaling. This can significantly reduce the energy consumption for fluid transportation.
